Michael Trent is an American musician from Denver. He performs as a solo act and in the band Shovels & Rope since 2008. Career Trent first performed as the lead singer in the Denver, Colorado band Tinker's Punishment, before moving to the Southeast and renaming as The Films with Kenneth Harris, Jacob Sinclair and Adam Blake in Charleston, South Carolina. The group disbanded in 2010. Trent collaborated with Butch Walker, performing on two of his albums. He then released two solo albums. Duke Tumatoe, born William “Bill" Severen Fiorio in 1947, is an American blues guitarist, vocalist and songwriter. He has performed with Muddy Waters, Bo Diddley, B.B. King, Willie Dixon, Buddy Guy, John Fogerty and George Thorogood. He was an early member of REO Speedwagon, who later became an arena-rock success. Bradley Glenn "Butch" Walker (born November 14, 1969) is an American singer-songwriter, musician, and record producer. He was the lead guitarist for the glam metal band SouthGang from the late 1980s to early 1990s as well as the lead vocalist and guitarist for rock band Marvelous 3 from 1997 until 2001. Career SouthGang Walker grew up in Cartersville, Georgia, working as a guitarist and performer in several rock bands in the 1980s, including Badd Boyz and Byte the Bullet. Byte the Bullet moved to Los Angeles in 1988 and were signed to Virgin Records within the year. The band then changed their name to SouthGang and released two albums, ''Tainted Angel'' in 1991 and ''Group Therapy'' in 1992. The Films (band)
The Films were an American indie pop rock band from Charleston, South Carolina, and consisted of Michael Trent, Kenneth Harris, Jake Sinclair, and Adam Blake. The band members met in high school and in 2006 recorded/produced the EP ''Being Bored''. That same year, the band released their debut album ''Don't Dance Rattlesnake'' which earned them a substantial fan following in Germany and Japan. Their next album ''Oh, Scorpio'' was released on Warner in 2009. They toured Germany as part of the Jägermeister ( , ; stylized Jägermeiſter) is a German digestif made with 56 herbs and spices.
