Michael Rulli
Michael A. Rulli (born March 11, 1969) is an American politician serving as an Ohio State Senator from the 33rd District. In 2018, Rulli defeated Democrat John Boccieri, an incumbent member of the Ohio House of Representatives and former Congressman. Prior to that election contest, Rulli's only other political experience was as a Board of Education member for the Leetonia Exempted Village School District in Columbiana County. Joseph L. Schiavoni (born September 21, 1979) is an American politician and judge who served as a member of the Ohio Senate and Ohio Senate Minority Leader. A member of the Democratic Party, Schiavoni was elected in 2020 to serve as a Judge in the Mahoning County, Ohio Court System. Early life Schiavoni was born in Columbus, Ohio, and grew up on the south side of Youngstown, Ohio, before moving to Boardman, Ohio, where he attended Boardman High School. Poland is a village in eastern Mahoning County, Ohio, United States. A suburb about southeast of Youngstown, the population was 2,463 at the 2020 census. It is a part of the Youngstown–Warren metropolitan area.
