The 2022 Superliga Colombiana (officially known as the Superliga BetPlay DIMAYOR 2022 for sponsorship purposes) was the eleventh edition of the Superliga Colombiana, Colombia's football super cup tournament organized by División Mayor del Fútbol Profesional Colombiano, DIMAYOR. The 2019 Categoría Primera A season (officially known as the 2019 Liga Águila season for sponsorship reasons) was the 72nd season of Colombia's top-flight football league. The season began on 25 January and concluded on 7 December. Junior entered the season as defending champions having won the 2018 Finalización tournament and successfully defended the title in the Torneo Apertura, beating Deportivo Pasto 5–4 on penalties after a 1–1 draw on aggregate to claim their ninth domestic league title on 12 June. The 2020 Superliga Colombiana (known as the Superliga Águila 2020 for sponsorship purposes) was the ninth edition of the Superliga Colombiana. The 2014 Categoría Primera A season (officially known as the 2014 Liga Postobón season for sponsorship reasons) is the 67th season of Colombia's top-flight football league.
