Michael Quentin Schmidt (born April 20, 1953) is an American film and television actor and Fine Arts model. According to ''Film Threat'', he "has become a much-in-demand presence thanks to his versatility and his willingness to take roles to wild extremes". Modeling Schmidt has worked as a Fine Arts model since the late 1990s, posing for art classes and for live art installations. He was used as the body model to create the computer-animated mountain troll for the 2001 film ''Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone''. Whittier () is a city in Southern California in Los Angeles County, California, Los Angeles County, part of the Gateway Cities. The Big Cartoon DataBase (or BCDB for short) is an online database of information about animated cartoons, animated feature films, animated television shows, and cartoon shorts. The BCDB project began in 1997 as a list of Disney animated features on creator Dave Koch's local computer. In response to increasing interest in the material, the database went online in 1998 as a searchable resource dedicated to compiling information about cartoons, including production details such as voice actors, producers, and directors, as well as plot summaries and user reviews of cartoons. In 2003, BCDB became a 501(c) non-profit corporation. On June 24, 2009, it was announced by creator Dave Koch on his BCDB forums that the site had 100,000 titles.
