Michael Mariot
Michael Ryan Mariot (born October 20, 1988) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is currently a free agent. He previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Kansas City Royals and Philadelphia Phillies. Career Kansas City Royals Mariot was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the eighth round of the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft out of the University of Nebraska. was added to the 40-man roster on November 20, 2013. He was called up to the majors for the first time on April 7, 2014. He was not a part of the Royals postseason roster, but earned his first World Series ring. The Louisville Bats are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League (IL) and the Triple-A (baseball), Triple-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. Toledo Mud Hens
The Toledo Mud Hens are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. They are located in Toledo, Ohio, and play their home games at Fifth Third Field. A Mud Hens team has played in Toledo for most seasons since 1896, including a 50-year history as a member of the now defunct American Association. The current franchise was established in 1965.
