Michael Lindsay
Michael Lindsay (May 9, 1963 – August 31, 2019) was an American Voice acting, voice actor who worked largely in anime, credited often as Dylan Tully. His most prominent roles were Kisuke Urahara in ''Bleach (TV series), Bleach'', Kankuro in ''Naruto'', Greymon and Joe Kido in ''Digimon'', and Amuro Ray in the first three ''Mobile Suit Gundam'' compilation films. Personal life and career Lindsay was born in Washington, D.C., but moved at a young age to New York City. He received a degree in theatre from Adelphi University. In 2012, Lindsay retired from voice acting and most of his anime roles were recast to Doug Erholtz. Death Lindsay died on August 31, 2019, at the age of 56. He was living in Laurel, Maryland at the time of his death. He was surrounded by his wife and his two children. The cause of his death has not been revealed. Amuro Ray
is a fictional character introduced in Sunrise's 1979 anime series ''Mobile Suit Gundam''. Amuro is a mechanic who becomes the pilot of the mecha known as RX-78-2 Gundam to protect himself from the Zeon forces invading his space colony during the war. He becomes an Earth Federation pilot in the war as well as the first Newtype, a type of human with special awareness which gives him great skills when fighting. The Gundam franchise explores Amuro's involvement in the wars piloting the titular mecha. Alongside the toys, two media adaptations were created by Sunrise: a 5-episode 3D CGI OVA series that ran from November 27, 1998 to January 2000 and a 26-episode animated television series that aired on Fox Kids from July 28, 2000 to November 30, 2000.
