Michael Kersting
Michael Bernard Kersting (born December 10, 1965), also known as Grant Michael B., Michael B. and Grand Ma B., is a German record producer, publisher and composer. He has produced artists and bands like Der Wolf, Young Deenay, Sasha, Ben and Max Mutzke. Life and career A short time after his high school exams in 1986, Kersting set up his first professional recording studio, 'Click', in the town of Werl, North Rhine Westphalia. At the same time he created Click Publishing, subsuming the two businesses under the name "Clickmusic". He enrolled at the University of Münster to study politics and history while founding his first band, Private Property. In 1989, Kersting signed a record deal with Warner Music in Hamburg. Offenbach (district)
Offenbach is a Kreis (district) in the south of Hesse, Germany and is part of the Frankfurt/Rhine-Main Metropolitan Region. Neighbouring districts are Main-Kinzig, Aschaffenburg, Darmstadt-Dieburg, Groß-Gerau and the cities of Darmstadt, Frankfurt and Offenbach. History The district Offenbach was first formed in 1832 when the previous ''Landratsbezirke'' Langen (partially), Seligenstadt and Offenbach were merged. In 1852 the district area was enlarged in a westerly direction, while some of the southern part was moved into the district of Dieburg. In 1938 the area of the Frankfurt airport was added to the district, and the city Offenbach left the district to become a district-free city. However the seat of administration stayed in Offenbach. ''Musikmarkt'' was a magazine of the music industry in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, which is based in Munich. ''Die Welt'', a German newspaper, described the magazine as the music industry’s thermometer. History and profile ''Musikmarkt'' was established by publisher Josef Keller Verlag in 1959. Uwe Lencher served as the editor-in-chief of the magazine for twenty-three years from 1973 to his death in April 1996. The magazine had its headquarters in Munich. ''Wilsberg'' is a German TV series based on novels about the fictional private detective Georg Wilsberg. A first TV episode was aired in 1995, five years after the release of the first novel, starring Joachim Król. Since the second episode (aired more than three years later), Leonard Lansink has been starring as Georg Wilsberg. Synopsis Georg Wilsberg, a sturdy man in his late fifties, runs a bookshop for antiquarian books in the city of Münster, and works on a sideline as a private detective. Both jobs mix very well. Become One
Become One was a German boy/girl pop band. The six-members of the band were chosen by a casting German reality television show called Fame Academy, a German version of the international Star Academy franchise and hosted by Nova Meierhenrich on the German television channel RTL II. The band was formed in 2003 and had two singles and one album. The debut single with the winning song "I Don't Need Your Alibis". The single was produced by Michael Kersting and released the following week after the finale. It charted in Germany reaching number 16 staying 9 weeks in the German Official Singles Chart. It was also a hit in Switzerland and Austria where the show was also available. The band released their album ''1'' in January 2004. Uwe Ochsenknecht
Uwe Adam Ochsenknecht (; born 7 January 1956) is a German actor and singer. Career Films Ochsenknecht has starred in include ''Das Boot'' (1981), ''Schtonk!'' (1992), and the TV miniseries ''Frank Herbert's Dune'' (2000). In the early 1990s, he gained a second foothold in music. Thomas Johannes Gottschalk (born 18 May 1950) is a German radio and television host and entertainer. He is best known for hosting '' Wetten, dass..?'', for many years Europe's biggest television show, which he steered to huge success in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol between 1987 and 2011. McKinley Morganfield (April 4, 1913 April 30, 1983), known professionally as Muddy Waters, was an American blues singer and musician who was an important figure in the post-war blues scene, and is often cited as the "father of modern Chicago blues". A hobo is a migrant worker in the United States. Hoboes, tramps and bums are generally regarded as related, but distinct: a hobo travels and is willing to work; a tramp travels, but avoids work if possible; and a bum neither travels nor works.
