Michael Mills is a makeup artist who has worked on over 40 different films and TV shows since 1982. In 1991, Mills, along with colleagues Gerald Quist and Jeremy Swan, won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Makeup for a Single-Camera Series, for the '' Quantum Leap'' episode " The Leap Home (Part 1)". ''Crimson Tide'' is a 1995 American action thriller film directed by Tony Scott and produced by Don Simpson and Jerry Bruckheimer. It takes place during a period of political turmoil in Russia, in which ultranationalists threaten to launch nuclear missiles at the United States and Japan.
