Michael Hunt (actor)
Michael Albert Hunt (15 May 1930 - 2022) was an English retired film, television and stage actor. Biography and career Hunt was born in 1930 in Oxfordshire, England and trained at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts. He participated in various films starting as a child and appeared in stage productions, including 'For Crying Out Loud' at the Stoll Theatre, London, in mid-1940s,'Serjeant Musgrave's Dance' at Royal Court Theatre, London in 1959 and 1963, and 'Johnny Fellowes' at the Hull New Theatre in 1961. Hunt appeared in the Victory Royal Variety Performance at London Coliseum on 5 November 1945, which are attended by King George VI, Queen Elizabeth, Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret. This gala evening was broadcast on BBC Light Programme on same day. Hunt also appeared on the radio programme The Will Hay Programme in 1945. Hunt left acting to look after the family business. Michael Anthony "Mike" Hunt (born October 6, 1956) is a former professional American football player who played linebacker for three seasons for the Green Bay Packers, appearing in a total of 22 games. On September 21, 1980, Hunt was kneed in the head during a game against the Los Angeles Rams and suffered a concussion. Arthur Leland "Mike" Hunt (October 12, 1907 – November 25, 1996) was an American professional baseball outfielder who spent 12 seasons playing minor league baseball, mostly in the Pacific Coast League. He hit over 200 career home runs. Nicknamed "Moose" and "Old Baggy Pants," he was considered "Seattle’s premier slugger of the 1930s." He began his career in 1927 with the Pocatello Bannocks and played for the San Bernardino Padres (1929), Tucson Cowboys (1929) and Globe Bears before joining the PCL in 1930. He played for the Mission Reds and San Francisco Seals that year. Michael John Hunt is an English figurative painter and etcher. Life Born in England 1941, Hunt is entirely self-taught. He creates his pictures with layered acrylics and glazes. Paintings Hunt is known mainly for his still lifes, which are often depictions of intimate interiors both grand and rustic. The scenes are characteristically adorned with familiar objects, particularly empty chairs, dramatically illuminated by a specific light source emanating from a window or doorway. Like the Dutch masters, the surfaces in his paintings are pristine, allowing for the demonstration of technical proficiency though realistic lighting effects such as shadows and reflections.
