Michael Henne (born December 13, 1961) was a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, serving the 40th District from 2011 to 2019. Seth Morgan (born February 26, 1978) is a former Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, who represented the 36th District from 2009 to 2010. Ohio House of Representatives A former member of the Huber Heights City Council, Morgan made a run for the Ohio House of Representatives in 2008, following term limits for incumbent Arlene Setzer. He was sworn into his first term on January 5, 2009, in a new Democratic controlled House. Philip Plummer Jr. is a Republican Party (United States), Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing the 39th House District. Plummer also serves as the Chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Party. Plummer previously served as Sheriff of Montgomery County, Ohio from 2008 to 2018. The Ohio House of Representatives is the lower house of the Ohio General Assembly, the state legislature of the U.S. state of Ohio; the other house of the bicameral legislature being the Ohio Senate. The House of Representatives first met in Chillicothe on March 3, 1803, under the later superseded state constitution of that year.
