Michael Hartmann (footballer)
Michael Hartmann (born 11 July 1974) is a German football coach and a former player. He is currently the head coach for Bayern Munich U17. Club career Hartmann was born in Hennigsdorf, East Germany. The midfielder played in more than 300 matches in the first three levels of the German football pyramid. International career Hartmann made his debut for the Germany national team on 30 April 2003 in a friendly against Serbia and Montenegro. He played in two UEFA Euro 2004 qualifiers, but was not selected for the final tournament squad. Coaching career After three years as head coach of the under-19 team for Hansa Rostock he was named on 10 June 2010 as assistant coach of the first team. From 2013 to 2022 Hartmann is coach for the youth ranks of one of his other former clubs as a player, Hertha BSC. In 2022 he was appointed as head coach for Bayern Munich under-17 team. Michael John Hartmann GBS () is a senior judge. He is Chairman of the Market Misconduct Tribunal and the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal in Hong Kong. Early life and education Hartmann was born in Bombay (now Mumbai), British India on 24 July 1944 to a British father and an Australian mother. He was raised near Orange, New South Wales, Australia. He holds Australian citizenship. Hartmann moved to England at the age of nine. After obtaining his A Levels in England, he moved to Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe). He received an LLB from the University of London through the University College of Rhodesia in 1967. After university, he completed national service in the Rhodesian Army. Michael Hartmann (born June 13, 1994) is an American association football player who plays as a goalkeeper for Oskarshamns AIK in the Ettan Sodra. Raised in Medford, New Jersey, Hartmann played prep soccer at Shawnee High School. Career College Hartmann played four years of college soccer at Division II school, Caldwell University between 2012 and 2015. During his senior year, Hartmann was also part of the Ocean City Nor'easters side who competed in the USL PDL. Professional Hartmann had trials in Norway before joining 3. divisjon team Kolstad FK, but couldn't play with the team due to work permit issues. He later has trials with Swedish fourth-tier side Linköping City, who he signed with and played with for three seasons, achieving promotion to the third-tier in 2018. Michael Jay Hartman (born February 7, 1967) is an American former professional ice hockey player who played in 397 games in the National Hockey League (NHL) for 13 seasons the Buffalo Sabres, Winnipeg Jets, Tampa Bay Lightning, and New York Rangers. He was drafted in the seventh round, 131st overall, by the Sabres in the 1986 NHL Entry Draft. Hartman played Canadian junior hockey with the Belleville Bulls and North Bay Centennials of the Ontario Hockey League, where he compiled 102 points and 473 penalty minutes in 138 games. Hartman represented the United States at the 1987 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships and appeared for the Sabres later that same year, as he amassed six points in 17 National Hockey League (NHL) games.
