Mian Shakirullah Jan
Justice Mian Sakirullah Jan () is a former justice in Supreme Court of Pakistan and a former Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court and is currently serving as the Chairman of the National Industrial Relations Commission. Early life Justice Jan was born on 18 August 1947 in Peshawar, Pakistan . Education and Training Mian Shakirullah Jan graduated from Islamia College, Peshawar. He obtained a law degree from the Khyber Law College, Peshawar University in 1972. Professional career Mian Shakirullah Jan enrolled as advocate of Lower court in 1973 and of High Court in 1975. He enrolled as advocate of Supreme Court in 1980. He was appointed Additional Advocate General, NWFP in July 1993. Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan was elevated as Additional Judge of Peshawar High Court on 13 December 1993. On 28 April 2000 he was appointed as Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court. Aitzaz Ahsan
Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan ( ur, ; born 27 September 1945) is a Pakistani politician and lawyer. He served two times as the Leader of the House in the Senate of Pakistan from 1994 to 1997 and again from 2012 to 2015. He also served as the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate. He was elected a member of the Senate of Pakistan from Punjab in 1994. His tenure ended in March 2018. Born in Murree, Ahsan studied law at the Government College, Lahore and received a LLM from the Downing College, Cambridge. Ahsan became the Planning and Development Minister for Punjab in 1975. A barrister is a type of lawyer in common law jurisdictions. Barristers mostly specialise in courtroom advocacy and litigation. Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokhar (born April 16, 1945) is a former judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He was also nominated as a candidate for chairman NAB in 2017. He was also judge of Lahore High Court. Judicial career He started off as a lawyer after doing his B.A. /L.L.B. He was elevated to the Lahore High Court on December 10, 1996, and then to the Supreme Court on January 10, 2002. Justice Khokhar took oath on PCO 2007. On July 31, 2009 Supreme Court held that PCO was illegal and decided to refer the cases of all judges of higher judiciary who took oath on PCO to Supreme Judicial Council.
