Meskerem Amare
''Meskerem'' ( am, መስከረም) was a communist theoretical publication published in Ethiopia, issued by the Ideological Department of the Central Committee of the Commission for Organizing the Party of the Working People of Ethiopia. The goal of ''Meskerem'' was to relate Marxist-Leninist theory to objective conditions in Ethiopia. ''Meskerem'' functioned mainly as an instrument for political education. Central Committee
Central committee is the common designation of a standing administrative body of Communist party, communist parties, analogous to a board of directors, of both ruling and nonruling parties of former and existing socialist states. In such party organizations, the committee would typically be made up of delegates elected at a party congress. Amharic
