Mesa High School is a public high school in Mesa, Arizona, United States. Mesa High School currently accommodates grades 9–12 as part of Mesa Public Schools. Mesa High School is the oldest high school in Mesa, Arizona, and is home of the Jackrabbits. Aaron Craig Fuller (born December 3, 1989) is an American professional basketball player for Fuerza Regia de Monterrey of the Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional (LNBP). Kyler Fackrell
Kyler Bruce Fackrell (born November 25, 1991) is an American football outside linebacker who is a free agent. He played high school football at Mesa High School in Mesa, Arizona before attending Utah State and playing for their football team on a scholarship. At Utah State, he was a four-year starter at linebacker where he was named to multiple All-Conference teams. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Lee Cummard
Lee Cummard (born March 31, 1985) is a former American college basketball player and current BYU basketball assistant coach. Lee Cummard was a standout guard at Brigham Young University from 2005 to 2009, appearing in all 131 games BYU played during his four seasons in Provo. Cummard went undrafted in the 2009 NBA draft and after a brief stint with the NBA D-League played professional overseas in France, Japan and Belgium. From 2012–2016 season, he was a starter for the Okapi Aalstar in Belgium, helping his club to the Belgium Cup semifinals four times and finishing as runner-up in 2013. Jim Carter (golfer)
Jim Laver Carter (born June 24, 1961) is an American professional golfer who plays on the Champions Tour. He has also played on the PGA Tour and the Nationwide Tour. Biography Carter was born in Spring Lake, North Carolina. As a high school senior, he led Mesa High's boys golf team to an Arizona state championship in 1979. Jahii Carson (born August 31, 1993) is an American professional basketball player who last played for Limburg United of the BNXT League. Wayne Brown (American Politician)
Wayne Brown (November 16, 1936 – May 14, 2013) was an American politician and accountant. Brown served for two, two-year terms as the Mayor of Mesa, Arizona from 1996 to 2000. He spearheaded the movement to building the Mesa Arts Center in downtown Mesa, now the largest performing arts campus in Arizona. Biography Early life Brown was born on November 16, 1936, in Mesa, Arizona. He had a twin brother. Brown graduated from Mesa High School and received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Arizona State University. Career Brown served on the Mesa City Council from 1968 to 1976. Former Mesa Mayor Wayne Pomeroy, who served as mayor during the late 1970s, has credited Brown for planning the old Hohokam Park, beginning in 1976, during Brown's last year in office.
