Merle Allin
Merle Allin (born September 1, 1953) is an American bass guitarist. He is the elder brother of the late punk rock vocalist GG Allin. Allin played electric bass for three groups that featured GG Allin: Malpractice, The AIDS Brigade and the third version of The Murder Junkies. He currently continues the Murder Junkies, his brother's final backing band, with original drummer Donald ("Dino Sex") Sachs, and several younger members. Allin is featured extensively in the documentary film '' Hated: GG Allin and the Murder Junkies'', by future '' Road Trip'' and ''The Hangover'' director Todd Phillips. Allin was also bass player in late 70s Boston punk group Thrills (a.k.a. City Thrills), who released several singles and were the subject of a later CD discography. Concord is a town in Essex County, Vermont, United States. The population was 1,141 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Berlin, NH–VT Micropolitan Statistical Area. History Concord was chartered on September 15, 1780, to Reuben Jones and others from Rockingham, Vermont. Concord was first settled by Simon Willard, a fur trader, and two other men. Sami Martin Saif (born 1972) is a Danish award-winning documentary filmmaker. Sami Saif graduated from the National Film School of Denmark in 1997 having made the short ''The UFO War''. He then started work on Danish broadcaster DR mainly in the TV Children and Youth Department. In 2000, Sami Saif directed ''The Video Diary of Ricardo Lopez'', based on the final days of Ricardo Lopez who was obsessed with Icelandic singer-songwriter Björk. Cheater Slicks
Cheater Slicks is a three-man garage punk band formed in Boston in 1987. The members are Tom Shannon (guitar, vocals), Dave Shannon (guitar), and Dana Hatch (drums, vocals). They toured with Jon Spencer Blues Explosion in 1995. Cheater Slicksat Allmusic In their early days they experimented with a couple of different singers and periods as an instrumental band before Tom and Dana assumed vocal duties. They also went through a succession of bassists - Dina Pearlman (daughter of Alan R. Pearlman), Allan Paulinho ("Alpo" from the Real Kids), and finally Merle Allin (brother of G.G.
