Merited Artist Of Albania
Merited Artist of Albania ( sq, Artist i Merituar) was a state honorary title for the decoration of outstanding art performers of People's Socialist Republic of Albania. It was created by law in 1960 and amended in 1980. The title was no longer given in Albania after the law was amended in 1996. Definition The title is the state award of Albania that was given for the personal merit in Albania to the citizens that worked in their respective artistic field as a rule of no less than ten (10) years obtaining high on-the-job achievements and professional mastery. Conditions The title was awarded by the President of Albania. It was given to citizens of Albania, foreigners, and persons with no citizenship. This title was lower than the People's Artist of Albania which could only be awarded ten (10) years after obtaining the Merited Artist of Albania. This title was not awarded posthumously. A suite, in Western classical music and jazz, is an ordered set of instrumental or orchestral/ concert band pieces. It originated in the late 14th century as a pairing of dance tunes and grew in scope to comprise up to five dances, sometimes with a prelude, by the early 17th century. Sadik Kaceli
Sadik Kaceli (14 March 1914 – 24 December 2000) was an Albanian artist. He studied in Paris at the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts (1936–1941). Kaceli is one of Albania's best known painters, receiving many decorations as People's Artist of Albania and the Honour Citizen of Tirana medal. He created the first series of the Albanian lek. In 2016 Sadik Kaceli was given thHonour of Nation Order. He is one of the founders of the National Art Gallery of Albania, designed the first version of the Albanian lek, and made the People's Republic of Albania Coat of Arms. Biography Kaceli attended the Harry T. Fultz Technical school from 1929, and began a drawing course in 1931. Dhimitër Anagnosti
Dhimitër Anagnosti (born 23 January 1936) is an Albanian film director of the 20th century. He was a member of the Parliament of Albania in the 1990s and a Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. For his contribution in film, he received the People's Artist of Albania medal. In 2011, former president Bamir Topi accredited him the "Honor of the Nation" order, sq, Urdhri "Nderi i Kombit". Early life Anagnosti was born on January 23, 1936 in Vuno, a village in the Himara municipality, District of Vlorë Albania. After graduating the ''Ali Demi'' high school in Vlorë, he pursued his studies and graduated as a film director in Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography of Moscow. Kujtim Çashku (born 5 August 1950) is an Albanian film director and screenwriter who has won numerous awards at international film festivals, including the Critics Prize at the 1996 Bastia Mediterranean Film Festival and the UNESCO Award at the 1998 Venice Film Festival for ''Colonel Bunker'', the Best Screenplay Award, the FIRESCI Prize and the Silver Pyramid at the 2005 Cairo International Film Festival as well as the Bronze Palm at the Valencia Festival of Mediterranean Cinema for ''The Magic Eye'', and the CEI Award at the Trieste Film Festival for his "brave commitment to the development of Albanian cinema". Yllka Mujo (born 15 October 1953) is an Albanian actress, especially known for her roles in Albanian movies during the communist regime. For her acting merits she was given the title Merited Artist of Albania. Life Yllka Muji (or Mujo) comes from an Albanian family that moved from Tuz, Kingdom of Yugoslavia (now Montenegro), to Shkodër during the Monarchist period. She was born in the capital Tirana and was sister of actor Agim Mujo (1955/1956–2019). In recognition to her career, she was also given the title of "Maestro of Arts" in the National Theatre of Albania. Roland Trebicka (13 January 1947 – 6 March 2013) was an Albanian actor of film, stage, theater and television and comedian, recipient of the Merited Artist of Albania recognition. Biography Roland Trebicka was born in Korçë, southern Albania in 1947. After pursuing secondary studies at the Raqi Qirinxhi, in his birthplace, he started to work at the professional ''Estrada'' (a variety show troupe) of the Cultural Center of the Armed Forces of Albania (SHQUP - Shtëpia Qendrore e Ushtrisë Popullore), or otherwise called the ''Estrada of the Soldier'' (''Estrada e Ushtarit''). Reshat Arbana (born 15 September 1940) is an Albanian actor who interpreted around 35 characters in films and theatre receiving the award as People's Artist of Albania.
