Early life Mereki was born in Byron Bay and raised in Noosa, Australia but her father was English. The Australian-English musician moved to Sweden at 17 and has lived in London, Scotland, Melbourne & New York before settling in Los Angeles, where her career developed. In 2020 she moved back to England, where she now resides. Holychild (stylized as HOLYCHILD) was an American indie pop duo from Los Angeles, California. The band consists of songwriter and vocalist Liz Nistico and producer and multi-instrumentalist Louie Diller, though they often play with more musicians for their live show. The band signed to Glassnote Records in 2013, and define their genre as "brat pop". They are also known for their use of pubic hair in their music videos. Holychild released their full-length debut album ''The Shape of Brat Pop to Come'' in 2015. After a two-year hiatus, the band broke their silence with four singles in 2018. Basenji (born Sebastian Carlos Muecke) is an Australian electronic musician and DJ. He gained popularity through the Triple J Unearthed competition. He was then signed to the record label, future classic in 2014, through which he released several singles and one extended play. He has performed at Splendour In The Grass and Falls Festival. Goldroom
Josh Legg, known professionally as Goldroom, is an American electronic musician. Background and career Legg grew up in Wellesley, Massachusetts and studied psychology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He and classmate Kyle Peterson formed the synthpop band NightWaves and co-founded the record label Binary Entertainment, although the former went on hiatus in 2011. Since being established in 2007, Binary has worked with artists including Anoraak, Bag Raiders, College, Futurecop!, Miami Horror, and The Twelves. Legg began producing music under the name Goldroom in 2011, with remixes of tracks including Niki and the Dove's "Mother Protect". Daniel Leonard Nigro (born May 14, 1982) is an American musician, songwriter, instrumentalist and record producer. He was the lead singer and guitarist of the indie rock band As Tall As Lions. Nigro has produced, written and co-written songs for singers Kimbra, Kylie Minogue, Carly Rae Jepsen, Caroline Polachek, Lewis Capaldi, Finneas, Olivia Rodrigo, Conan Gray and many others.
