A club is an association of people united by a common interest or goal. A service club, for example, exists for voluntary or charitable activities. There are clubs devoted to hobbies and sports, social activities clubs, political and religious clubs, and so forth. Members Only was an American jazz-funk project, under the guidance of Chris Hills, and featuring Nelson Rangell on saxophone, flute and piccolo; Michael Brecker on tenor saxophone; Lew Soloff on trumpet; Andy Marvel on keyboards; Chris Hills on drums, keyboards, guitar and vocals; Jimi Tunnell and Billy Masters on guitar; Haim Cotton on piano; Yossi Fine on bass guitar; and Bashiri Johnson on percussion. Members Only are an American Hip hop music, hip hop Musical collective, collective from Broward County, Florida, formed in 2014. It was originally only a duo consisting of XXXTentacion, Jahseh Onfroy (XXXTentacion) and Ski Mask the Slump God, Stokeley Goulbourne (Ski Mask the Slump God) after the two met in a juvenile detention center. It is closely associated with another collective named Very Rare, and members of both collectives also refer to themselves as VR All-Stars. Following the release of their fourth project, ''Members Only, Vol. 4'', the collective has gone on an indefinite hiatus, with some of its most prominent members such as Craig Xen and Wifisfuneral exiting the group. Members Only is a brand of clothing that became popular in the 1980s with its line of jackets. The brand was created in 1975 and introduced to American markets in 1980 by Europe Craft Imports. Members Only racer jackets were distinguished by their narrow epaulettes and collar strap and their knitted trim; they were manufactured in a wide variety of colors. Their advertising tagline was "when you put it on, something happens". In the 2010s, Members Only continued to launch seasonal collections carried at online retailers as well as brick and mortar stores such as Urban Outfitters. Revival The brand was licensed in 2016 by Sammy Catton, President of iApparel Brands, LLC. The brand is currently owned by Ron Malhotra. The fourth and final season of ''That's So Raven'' aired on Disney Channel from February 20, 2006 to November 10, 2007. This season ultimately became the final season of the show, closing the chapter on the story of the Baxter family, which now consists of only Raven Baxter (Raven-Symoné), Cory Baxter (Kyle Massey), and Victor Baxter (Rondell Sheridan), following T'Keyah Crystal Keymáh's departure from the show in the third season as the matriarch, Tanya Baxter. Anneliese van der Pol and Orlando Brown reprise their roles as Chelsea Daniels and Eddie Thomas respectively. After a record-breaking third season, season four continued to accomplish many firsts for Disney Channel. Members-only unionism, also known as minority unionism, is a model for trade unions in which local unions represent and organize workers who voluntarily join (and pay dues) rather than the entire workforce of a place of employment. In such a model, a union election is not held by the entire workforce to determine whether a majority wishes for the workforce to be represented by a local branch of a national union, but a union can nonetheless exist to support members who pay dues. While majority unions tend to possess and guard collective bargaining rights, minority-union members may be organized by the union to privately file group-presented grievances to management. The ability of such unions to meet on workplace grounds also relies upon the discretion of management.
