Melvin Odoom is a British radio DJ and television presenter. He is best known for presenting on BBC Radio 1 alongside Rickie Haywood-Williams and Charlie Hedges. Education Odoom attended the University of Bedfordshire and studied a Media Performance degree. It was at Luton that Melvin met and lived with Rickie Haywood-Williams. It was here that he also met actor and BBC voiceover artist Nii Odartei Evans. Career Radio Odoom, alongside Rickie Haywood-Williams and Charlie Hedges, hosted Kiss Breakfast every weekday morning 6 - 9am, followed by ''Kiss Morning Anthems'' until 10am on Kiss 100. Melvin Steinberg
Melvin A. Steinberg (born October 4, 1933) is an American politician who served as the fifth Lieutenant Governor of Maryland from 1987 to 1995 under Governor William Donald Schaefer. He was also President of the Maryland State Senate from January 1983 to 1987, and a member of the State Senate from 1967 until his election to the position of Lieutenant Governor. Steinberg graduated from the University of Baltimore with an A.A. degree in 1952 and with a J.D. degree in 1955. The relationship between Steinberg and Schaefer was strained, with each publicly criticising the other and extensive coverage being devoted to their personal relationship. Despite their differences, they worked together for eight years (1987–1995), winning two elections in the process. Melvin McQuaid
Melvin James McQuaid (6 September 1911 – 16 January 2001) was a Progressive Conservative party member of the House of Commons of Canada. He was born in Souris, Prince Edward Island and became a lawyer and clerk by career. McQuaid attended Saint Dunstan's University, St. Francis Xavier University and Dalhousie Law School. In 1957, he became town clerk for Souris. He served in provincial politics as a Councillor of the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island for 1st Kings District from 1959 to 1962, including functions as provincial treasurer and Attorney General. He was first elected at the King's riding in the 1965 general election, and re-elected at the Cardigan riding in the 1968 election.
