Melua () is a family name originating in Georgia (country), Georgia, specifically the Samegrelo, Mingrelia region around the city of Zugdidi ( ka, მელუáƒ); it belongs to Orthodox Christian culture. Under the management of composer Mike Batt, she is signed to the small Dramatico record label.
