The film had its world premiere on October 13, 2013 at the London Film Festival and Eleanore Pienta as a pregnant woman that has a complicated personal relationship with her family. Bat Cave is an unincorporated community in Henderson County, North Carolina, United States and is part of the Asheville Metropolitan Statistical Area.
