Melissa Armstrong (born September 18, 1990, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian baseball player. Baseball is a bat-and-ball sport played between two teams of nine players each, taking turns batting and fielding. Baseball competitions at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto was held from July 11 to 26 at the Pan Am Ball Park, in Ajax, Ontario. Women's baseball made its Pan American Games debut, after being added to the program at the 2013 Pan American Sports Organization's general assembly. The Women's Baseball World Cup is an international tournament in which national women's baseball teams from around the world compete.
