Megan Walch
Megan Walch (born Tasmania 1967) is a contemporary Australian painter. Biography Walch graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honors, 1989 and was the recipient of an Anne and Gordon Samstag Scholarship in 1994. She completed a Master of Fine Arts at the San Francisco Art Institute, California, 1997, attending the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in Maine in the summer of 1996. In 1998 she received a grant of a studio for twelve months in The Marie Walsh Sharpe Art Foundation's Space Program in Manhattan. Her work has been exhibited in the United States and Australia.
