Megan Mansell (née Annear; born 24 July 1990) is a New Zealand broadcaster. She is a co-host on '' The Edge Breakfast with Nickson, Meg & Eli''. Early life Mansell was born on 24 July 1990 in Lower Hutt. She studied at the New Zealand Broadcasting School at Ara Institute of Canterbury, in Christchurch, New Zealand. Career Mansell started her radio career co-hosting the breakfast show on Classic Hits in Queenstown. Lower Hutt ( mi, Te Awa Kairangi ki Tai) is a city in the Wellington Region of New Zealand. Administered by the Hutt City Council, it is one of the four cities that constitute the Wellington metropolitan area. It is New Zealand's sixth most populous city, with a population of . Ara Institute of Canterbury, often simply referred to as Ara, is an institute of technology in Canterbury, New Zealand. It was formed in 2016 from the merger of Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology (CPIT) and Aoraki Polytechnic. Ara specialises in applied tertiary training. The Hits is a Hot adult contemporary music radio network, broadcasting to 26 markets across New Zealand. It was set up by Government broadcaster Radio New Zealand in 1993 by consolidating existing stations into a single brand and has been privately owned since 1996.
