Mega Kuningan
Mega Kuningan is a business district with an integrated mixed use development concept, located at Setiabudi sub-district in Jakarta, Indonesia. The CBD is surrounded by some of the main roads in Jakarta (Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jalan Sudirman, Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jalan H.R. Rasuna Said, Jalan Rasuna Said, Jalan Prof. Dr. Satrio, Jalan Satrio), and is located within the Golden Triangle of Jakarta. The JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta is a 5 star luxury hotel in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The hotel is adjacent to the sister Ritz-Carlton Jakarta Hotel. The hotel, operated by JW Marriott, was opened in 2001 and offers 333 rooms and suites. It has been bombed twice, first on 5 August 2003 and the second time on 17 July 2009 by terrorists. The hotel has sustained $500 million in damage from its two deadly bombings. The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta is a hotel and skyscraper at Mega Kuningan in Jakarta, Indonesia, operated by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and adjacent to the sister JW Marriott Hotel. The complex has two towers, the hotel and the Airlangga Apartment. The hotel was opened in 2005. The building is 212 m (696 ft) tall and has 48 floors and 4 basement levels. Construction on the building started in April 2003 and ended in October 2004. The Hotel has 278 Club level rooms and 55 Suites It was bombed on 17 July 2009. BTPN Towers are a pair of skyscrapers located at Mega Kuningan in Jakarta, Indonesia. They are part of a mixed use development called the Quadrant Complex. There are two buildings: The BTPN Office Tower, also known as Menara BTPN, is 223 meters tall and has 48 floors. World Capital Tower
World Capital Tower is an skyscraper at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The skyscraper is expected to be completed by second quarter of 2017. The skyscraper has total floor area of 70,000 sq.meters with retail & entertainment space. The tower, which is 270 meter-tall, has 54 floors. It is one of the tallest office buildings in Jakarta. The WCT is equipped with bomb and metal detection equipment, including 10 meters of glass applications and 19 mm thick bomb blast glass proof material in the main lobby. To reduce noise from outside and to reject the heat of the sun, the tower is equipped with infrared rays, and building facades coated low-e-double glass.
