"Me and You" is a song by British dubstep trio Nero that appears on their debut studio album, ''Welcome Reality''. It was released in the United Kingdom as a digital download on 2 January 2011, with a 12" vinyl available the following day. On 8 January 2011, the single debuted at number 15 on the UK Singles Chart, also managing to top the UK Indie Chart. Despite its name, the single's B-side track "Welcome Reality" is not included on the album of the same name, although a VIP mix of the song can be found in the iTunes deluxe version of the album. Critical reception Nick Levin of Digital Spy gave the song a positive review stating: This breakthrough smash is indeed an almighty racket. Nero (stylised as NERO) are a British electronic music trio composed of members Dan Stephens, Joe Ray and Alana Watson. On 12 August 2011, they released their debut studio album, ''Welcome Reality'', which reached number one in the UK Albums Chart. In August 2012, "Promises (Nero song), Promises" received a Gold certification in the United States. Dirtyphonics is a French electronic music band from Paris, consisting of members Charly Barranger and Julien "PitchIn" Corrales. Their music style is based on dubstep, drum and bass, drumstep. Annie Mac (born 18 July 1978), is an Irish DJ, broadcaster and writer. She hosted a variety of shows on BBC Radio 1, including BBC Switch and ''Future Sounds''.
