Mdumiseni Ntuli
Mdumiseni Ntuli (born March 1979) is a South African politician who represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature from May 2016 to July 2018. He left the legislature to serve as Provincial Secretary of the ANC's KwaZulu-Natal branch, an office he held between 2018 and 2022. A former member of the ANC Youth League, Ntuli has been a member of the Provincial Executive Committee of the KwaZulu-Natal ANC since 2015 and is the committee's former spokesman. He also spent a decade working for the ANC as an administrator and organiser at its national headquarters at Luthuli House. Early life and career Mdumiseni Ntuli was born in March 1979. The High Court of South Africa is a superior court of law in South Africa. It is divided into nine provincial divisions, some of which sit in more than one location. Each High Court division has general jurisdiction over a defined geographical area in which it is situated. The decisions of a division are binding on magistrates' courts within its area of jurisdiction. The High Court has jurisdiction over all matters, but it usually only hears civil matters involving more than 400,000 rand, and serious criminal cases. The KwaZulu-Natal Legislature is the primary legislative body of the South African province of KwaZulu-Natal. It is unicameral in its composition and elects the premier and the provincial cabinet from among the leading party or coalition members in the parliament.
