Md. Badruzzaman is a Justice of the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court. Early life Badruzzaman was born on 6 September 1969. He did his bachelor's and master's in law. Career Badruzzaman became the lawyer of district courts on 30 April 1994. He started practicing in the High Court Division on 29 September 1996. Badruzzaman was appointed an additional judge of the High Court Division on 14 June 2012. On 12 June 2014, Badruzzaman was made a permanent Judge of the High Court Division. In May 2017, Badruzzaman and Justice Sheikh Hassan Arif declared the annual readmission and semester fees charged by English medium schools in Bangladesh illegal per the Private (English medium) School and College Ordinance, 1962 and the Private English Medium School Registration Rules, 2007. In July, Badruzzaman and Justice Sheikh Hassan Arif ordered the government to 1447 soldiers of Bangladesh Ansar who were found innocent of being involved in the 1994 Bangladesh Ansar mutiny. I ...

The High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh ( bn, হাইকোর্ট ডিভিশন) popularly known as the 'High Court' is one of the two divisions of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, the other division being the Appellate Division. It consists of the Chief Justice of Bangladesh and the Judges of the High Court Division. The High Court Division exercises both original jurisdiction and appellate jurisdiction in civil and criminal matters. S M Masud Hossain Dolon is a Justice of the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court. Early life Dolon was born on 1 January 1973. He did his Bachelor of Law from the University of Wolverhampton. He did a Bar Vocational Course from Northumbria University and joined Lincoln's Inn. The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh is the appellate court in Bangladesh. The Appellate Division is the final court of appeal for all civil and criminal cases, with appellate review authority over judgements of the High Court Division. Haji Selim
Haji Mohammad Salim (born 10 May 1958) is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the incumbent Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Dhaka-7 constituency since 2014. Salim was convicted on a corruption case for amassing wealth illegally, filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission in 2007. He began serving his 10-year prison sentence in May 2022. 1994 Bangladesh Ansar Mutiny
The Bangladesh Ansar mutiny was a mutiny staged from 1 December to 4 December 1994, in Shafipur and Khilgaon by a section of the Bangladesh Ansar, a paramilitary force tasked with providing security to government installations and aiding law enforcement in Bangladesh. The mutiny prompted a series of reforms by the government. Background The Ansar force was formed as the "East Pakistan Ansars" by the East Pakistan Ansars Act of 1948, and officially launched on 12 February 1948.
