McKinney is an advertising agency based in Durham, North Carolina, with offices in Los Angeles and New York City. History The agency was founded in 1969 as McKinney & Silver by Charles "Chick" McKinney & Mike Silver. The agency was later renamed McKinney and has been part of Cheil Worldwide since 2012. McKinney moved from Raleigh, North Carolina, to the American Tobacco Campus in Durham, NC in 2004.
