Eamon McEneaney
Eamon James McEneaney (December 23, 1954 – September 11, 2001) was an All-American lacrosse player at Cornell University from 1975 to 1977 and later an employee of Cantor Fitzgerald who died during the September 11 attacks. Lacrosse career McEneaney teamed with Mike French and Dan Mackesey to win the 1976 NCAA Championship, a key part of Cornell teams which won 29 straight games and two straight titles over two seasons. McEneaney was voted the outstanding player in the 1977 NCAA Championship game, while setting an NCAA tournament record with 25 points in three tournament games, with 11 goals and 14 assists, one of the great lacrosse finals performances. McEneaney represented the United States in the 1978 World Lacrosse Championships. McEneaney was inducted into the Cornell Sports Hall of Fame in 1982. Sarah McEneaney (born January 31, 1955 in Munich, West Germany) is an American artist, painter, and community activist who lives and works in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Working primarily in egg tempera her paintings are characterized by their autobiographical content, detailed brushwork, and brilliant color. McEneaney's intimate subject matter focuses on daily scenes from her home, studio, travels, and neighborhood. Her work is included in public collections such as the Philadelphia Museum of Art and she has received numerous grants and awards. McEneaney is also active in community work, including the formation of the Callowhill Neighborhood Association in 2001, and the co-founding of the Reading Viaduct Project in 2003. Eamonn McEneaney
Eamon McEneaney is an Irish former Gaelic footballer and manager. As a player, he won the National Football League in 1985. He most recently managed the senior Monaghan county team. Playing career As a player with Monaghan, McEneaney won three Ulster Football titles in 1979, 1985 and in 1988. He also won an U-21 title as a player in 1981 and as manager of Monaghan U-21's in 1999. He won 2 Ulster club titles in 1986 and 1991 as Captain with his club Castleblayney Faughs. Coaching career McEneaney had previously managed Monaghan in a joint capacity with former GAA president Seán McCague in 1997 and then on his own in 1998 and 1999, winning an All-Ireland B Championship in 1998. He subsequently had a spell in charge of Louth from 2006 to 2009, where he guided them to a Division 2 league title, an O'Byrne Cup success in 2009 and a first Leinster Junior title since 1966.
