The Goidelic or Gaelic languages ( ga, teangacha Gaelacha; gd, cànanan Goidhealach; gv, çhengaghyn Gaelgagh) form one of the two groups of Insular Celtic languages, the other being the Brittonic languages. Goidelic languages historically formed a dialect continuum stretching from Ireland through the Isle of Man to Scotland. There are three modern Goidelic languages: Irish ('), Scottish Gaelic ('), and Manx ('). Manx died out as a first language in the 20th century but has since been revived to some degree. Bill McCamley
Bill McCamley is an American politician who served as the secretary of the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions from 2019 to 2021. Previously, he served as a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives from 2013 to 2018. Early life and education McCamley was born in Pusan, South Korea while his father was serving in the United States Army. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in government from New Mexico State University and a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. Career Before serving in the New Mexico House of Representatives, McCamley was a Dona Ana County commissioner from 2005 to 2008. McCamley was a candidate for the Democratic nomination for New Mexico State Auditor in the 2018 election. He lost the Democratic primary election to Brian Colón. Sir Graham Edward McCamley MBE (Born 1932) is a prominent Australian cattle baron, best known for establishing a cattle empire in Queensland where he bred premium Brahman stud herds. Early life McCamley's parents Edward and Ivy were second generation Polled Hereford cattle breeders, and had established a successful stud on their property Eulogie Park near Dululu, Queensland. McCamley was born in 1932 and grew up on the Dululu property with his siblings and learnt as much as he could about cattle. In 1947, McCamley fell from his horse while chasing after a bullock. He suffered injuries to his right leg after his horse landed on it in the fall. He was treated by ambulance officers from Wowan, Queensland before being taken to Rockhampton. McCamley was then flown to Brisbane for further treatment. As he became older, McCamley continued to show an interest in the quality of various cattle breeds.
