Mazen Mneimneh
Mazen Mneimneh (born 1 February 1986 in Lebanon) is a Lebanese basketball player. He is a six-foot-four-inch tall shooting guard. Mneimneh currently plays for Champville BC of the Lebanese Basketball League. Prior to this, he played five seasons with Lebanese Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut and 456 seasons for Al Mouttahed Tripoli and with Byblos Club. Mneimneh is also a member of the Lebanon national basketball team. He competed with the senior team for the first time at the FIBA Asia Championship 2007 and later returned to the team for the FIBA Asia Championship 2009 The 2009 FIBA Asia Championship for Men was the biennial Asian continental championship and also served as the FIBA Asia qualifying tournament for the 2010 FIBA World Championship. Lebanese Basketball League
The Lebanese Basketball League is the top-tier professional men's basketball league in Lebanon. It is organized annually as a national championship with playoffs and a national cup by the Lebanese Basketball Federation (FLB). Currently, the league consists of 12 teams, of which six are located in Beirut. The most successful club in the history of the league is Al Riyadi who have won a record 16 championships. Lebanon Men's National Basketball Team
The Lebanon men's national basketball team (; french: Équipe du Liban de basket-ball), controlled by the Lebanese Basketball Federation (FLB), has represented Lebanon in basketball since its inception in 1947. The squad is governed by FIBA, and is part of the FIBA Asia zone. Lebanon is considered one of the top teams in Asia, finishing runners-up in the FIBA Asia Cup four times (in 2001, 2005, 2007 and 2022). The 2007 FIBA Asia Championship for Men was the qualifying tournament for FIBA Asia at the men's basketball tournament at the 2008 Summer Olympics at Beijing.
