The Mayor of Pavia is an elected politician who, along with the Pavia's City Council, is accountable for the strategic government of Pavia in Lombardy, Italy. The current Mayor is Fabrizio Fracassi, a member of the right-wing populist party Lega Nord, who took office on 30 May 2019. Pavia (, , , ; la, Ticinum; Medieval Latin: ) is a town and comune of south-western Lombardy in northern Italy, south of Milan on the lower Ticino river near its confluence with the Po.
