Mayhem (2000)
Mayhem (2000) was the second and final Mayhem professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW). The event took place on November 26, 2000 from the U.S. Cellular Arena in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Storylines The event featured wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines. Wrestlers portrayed villains, heroes, or less distinguishable characters in the scripted events that built tension and culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches. Event Twelve matches were contested at the event. The main event was a straitjacket steel cage match between Booker T and Scott Steiner for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. Midajah
Melinda Midajah Flores (; born March 23, 1970) is an American personal trainer, fitness model, beautician and former professional wrestling manager and actress, better known by her ring name, Midajah. She is best known for her appearances with World Championship Wrestling from 1999 to 2001. Nutrition and personal training McCullum received a certification in personal training and nutrition in 1994. She then worked as a personal fitness trainer with several companies. Mark Madden (born December 29, 1959) is an American sports talk show host in Pittsburgh. Straitjacket
A straitjacket is a garment shaped like a jacket with long sleeves that surpass the tips of the wearer's fingers. Its most typical use is restraining people who may cause harm to themselves or others. Once the wearer slides their arms into the sleeves, the person restraining the wearer crosses the sleeves against the chest and ties the ends of the sleeves to the back of the jacket, ensuring the arms are close to the chest with as little movement as possible. In sports, a card lists the matches taking place in a title match combat-sport event. Cards include a main event match and the undercard listing the rest of the matches. The undercard may be divided into a midcard and a lower card, according to the perceived importance of the matches. Promoters schedule matches to occur in ascending order of importance. Division Undercard The undercard, or preliminary matches (sometimes preliminary card), consists of preliminary bouts that occur before the headline or "main event" of a particular boxing, professional wrestling, horse racing, or other sports event. Typically, promoters intend the undercard to provide fans with an opportunity to see up-and-coming fighters or fighters not so well known and popular as their counterparts in the main event. David Penzer (born May 22, 1966) is an American professional wrestling ring announcer currently signed to Impact Wrestling. Michael Buffer (born November 2, 1944) is an American ring announcer (or " MC") for boxing, professional wrestling, and National Football League matches. William Daley (born February 21, 1962) better known by his ring name Billy Silverman, is a professional wrestling referee who worked for World Championship Wrestling and the World Wrestling Federation and later World Wrestling Entertainment. Charles Shane Robinson (born July 2, 1964) is an American professional wrestling senior referee and former professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE on the SmackDown brand. Robinson made his wrestling debut in 1995 for Pro Wrestling Federation (PWF) as a photographer and later the referee. He signed with World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1997 and was described as "Little Naitch" as part of the Four Horsemen stable. Mark Eric "Slick" Johnson is an American professional wrestling referee, best known for working for World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). Career World Championship Wrestling Johnson gained national exposure in the late 1990s when he joined the Atlanta, Georgia-based World Championship Wrestling (WCW) promotion as a referee. After suffering elbow injuries in 1998 caused during a match by Konnan, he was sidelined until late 1999.
