Maycon de Andrade Barberan (born 15 July 1997), known as just Maycon, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as midfielder for Brazilian side Corinthians, on loan from Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk. Career Early life Maycon began playing for Corinthians academy at the age of twelve and had a very successful campaign. He won the 2014 and 2015 U20 Campeonato Paulista, 2014 U20 Campeonato Brasileiro, the 2015 Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior, including scoring the winning goal during the final. Corinthians Maycon made his professional debut on 11 February 2016, as he started on Corinthians 2–1 victory against Capivariano at Arena Corinthians. He scored his first goal in a 3–0 away win against Botafogo-SP on March 13. Ponte Preta (loan) On 14 July, Maycon was loaned to fellow Série A club Ponte Preta. Sport Club Corinthians Paulista () is a Brazilian sports club based in the Tatuapé district of São Paulo. The Ukrainian Cup ( uk, Кубок України) is an association football national knockout cup competition run by the Ukrainian Association of Football. The competition is conducted almost exclusively among professional clubs. Since the 2003–04 season, the Cup winner qualifies to play the Ukrainian Premier League winner for the Ukrainian Super Cup. Current format The format of this competition consists of two stages: a qualification stage with two rounds followed by the main event (four rounds and the final game). The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, named as ''Copa Sudamericana'' (; pt, Copa Sul-Americana ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 2002.
