Mayalokam
''Mayalokam'' () is a 1945 Telugu-language film produced and directed by Gudavalli Ramabrahmam under the Sarathi Films banner. It stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao and S. Varalakshmi, with music composed by Galipenchala Narasimha Rao. The film is the debut of veteran actor and producer Padmanabham. The film was recorded as a ''Super Hit'' at the box office. Plot Sambaripura King, Kambhoja Raju (Govindarajula Subba Rao) has seven wives and six children (from his first six wives). When his youngest wife, Manikyamba (Kannamba) is pregnant, Rajaguru (M. C. Sarathi Studios
Sri Sarathi Studios is a film studio facility located in Hyderabad, India. It was established in 1956 and was the first film studio facility built in Hyderabad. It was built by the Raja of Challapalli, Yarlagadda Sivarama Prasad. The first film shot in the studio was ''Maa Inti Mahalakshmi'' (1959). It was also the first Telugu film to be completely filmed in Hyderabad. Padmanabham (actor)
Basavaraju Venkata Padmanabha Rao (20 August 1931 – 20 February 2010), known mononymously as Padmanabham, was an Indian actor, comedian, producer, and director who predominantly worked in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre. He is known for his comic expressions and dialogues. In a career spanning over six decades, he acted in more than 400 films. Padmanabham made his film debut as a child actor in 1945 with '' Mayalokam''. '' Shavukaru'' (1949) was his first major hit and gave him a footing as a comedian. Gudavalli Ramabrahmam
Gudavalli Ramabrahmam was an Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer who worked in Telugu cinema. He is known for directing critically acclaimed social problem films like ''Mala Pilla'' (1938) and ''Raithu Bidda'' (1939). At a time when mythological films were ruling the roost, Ramabrahmam ushered in a new era in Telugu cinema by making films on contemporary social issues. In 1937, he founded the film production company Sarathi Films along with Raja of Challapalli, Yaralagadda Sivarama Prasad. Gali Penchala Narasimha Rao ( te, గాలి పెంచల నరసింహారావు) (1903–1964), also known as Gali Penchalayya, was an Indian film music composer. He was a representative of the first generation of music directors in Indian cinema. He debuted with the Telugu version of '' Seetha Kalyanam'' in 1934. Santha Kumari (born Vellaala Subbamma; 17 May 1920 – 16 January 2006) was an Indian musical artist and actress. She was married to the Telugu film director and producer P. Pullayya. Pasupuleti Kannamba (''Pasupulēţi Kannāṃba'') (5 October 1911 – 7 May 1968) was an Indian actress, playback singer and film producer of Telugu cinema, of Andhra Pradesh, India.
