Maxx is a German Eurodance project that was internationally successful in the mid-90s with the hit singles " Get-A-Way", " No More (I Can't Stand It)" and " You Can Get It". The name 'Maxx' is a special acronym for Maximum Xstasy. History Group origins (1993) The Maxx project was the result of the successful but short-lived collaboration between German record producer Juergen Wind (J. Wind) and German music executive David Brunner. After teaming together to release " Another Night" by M.C. Sar & The Real McCoy under Hansa Records/BMG Berlin, Wind and Brunner began collaborating with British songwriter Bruce Hammond Earlam (from Bruce & Bongo) to develop the debut Maxx single "Get-A-Way" under the record label Blow Up/ Intercord. Maxxx was a general entertainment channel for men owned by Creative Programs, Inc., an ABS-CBN subsidiary. Channel Information Maxxx had a test broadcast together with Velvet and Balls (both defunct) since September 2007. Maxxx had an official launch on January 1, 2008. ''The Maxx'' is an American comic book series created by Sam Kieth in 1993 and originally published monthly until 1998 by Image Comics for 35 issues, before being collected in trade paperback by DC Comics' Wildstorm imprint. The first appearance of the character was in ''Darker Image'' #1 by Image Comics in March 1993. The comic book, starring an eponymous purple-skinned hero, spawned a 13-episode animated series on MTV that originally aired April–June 1995. ProSieben Maxx is a German free-to-air channel owned by ProSiebenSat.1. The channel started broadcasting on 3 September 2013 with the movie '' Captain America: The First Avenger'' at 8:15 p.m. On 30 July 2013 ProSieben Maxx received a DVB-T broadcasting licence for the region of Munich. On 13 August 2013 the channel started a test program on these frequencies and broadcast some program trailers. It is ProSiebenSat.1's sixth channel. Traxxas is a radio control model manufacturer based in McKinney, Texas. Traxxas offers electric and nitro powered radio-controlled cars, off-road and on-road vehicles, boats, and drones. He is best known for his appearances in World Championship Wrestling under the ring names Max Muscle, Maxx Muscle and Maxx. The Opel Antara is a compact crossover SUV which was marketed by Opel from 2006 to 2015. Based on the Theta platform, the Antara closely shared its underpinnings and powertrains with the Chevrolet Captiva. However, it only offered five seats instead of seven, and features a different exterior and interior design.
