Max Denmark MH (born 1999) is a Hong Kong rugby union player. Denmark was educated at Island School in Hong Kong and Millfield School in England. Denmark plays for the Hong Kong national rugby sevens team and Hong Kong rugby union team. He captained the Hong Kong U19 Team to victory at the Asian Rugby U19 Championships in 2018. Island School
Island School ( Chinese: 港島中學) is a co-educational international school located in Hong Kong. It is the founding school of the English Schools Foundation, and is still a member. The school has been accredited by international organisations such as the Council of International Schools and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The school currently houses over 1,200 students across 33 nationalities. The school has relocated itself twice since its establishment. Using the site of a former British military hospital from 1967 to 1972, the school permanently settled in 20 Borrett Road, Mid-Levels from 1972 to 2017. However, due to redevelopment work, the school has moved to two campuses in Sha Tin District since December 2017. The Hong Kong national rugby union team, nicknamed the Dragons, is one of the better rugby sides in Asia outside Japan, and has consistently made the repechages of the Rugby World Cup qualifying. Rugby union in Hong Kong is administered by the Hong Kong Rugby Union since 1952, and competes annually in the Asia Rugby Championship.
