Max Crow (born 7 January 1956) is a former Australian rules footballer in the Victorian Football League. He played mostly as a key forward or ruckman, he was a good mark and long kick. Underbool, Victoria
Underbool is a town in the Mallee region of north-west Victoria, Australia. The town is in the Rural City of Mildura local government area and on the Mallee Highway—between Ouyen and the South Australian border – north west of the state capital, Melbourne. The town services the grain farmers and graziers in the area. For tourists it provides access to the Pink Lakes in Murray-Sunset National Park. The town name is thought to come from the German word ''underbolt'' given to it by surveyor Dr. Neumayer when he camped there in October 1861. A post office opened on 15 July 1912 when a regular mail service was provided by the opening of the railway from Ouyen to Murrayville a month earlier. The Essendon Football Club, nicknamed the Bombers, is a professional Australian rules football club. The club plays in the Australian Football League (AFL), the game's premier competition. The club was formed by the McCracken family in their Ascot Vale, Victoria, Ascot Vale home "Alisa", and while the exact date is unknown, it is generally accepted to have been in 1872. Richmond Football Club
The Richmond Football Club, nicknamed the Tigers, is an Australian rules football team playing in the Australian Football League (AFL). Between its inception in the Melbourne suburb of Richmond in 1885 and 1907, the club competed in the Victorian Football Association (VFA), winning two premierships. Trevor Barker Award
The Trevor Barker Award is an Australian rules football award for the player voted the St Kilda Football Club best and fairest player during the home and away season in the Australian Football League by a voting panel. The St Kilda Best & Fairest Award was first inaugurated in 1914. It was re-named the Trevor Barker Award in the 1990's, in honour of St Kilda Hall of Fame Legend, Australian Football Hall of Fame Inductee, Club Captain, dual Best & Fairest Winner and Reserves Coach, Trevor Barker, who died in 1996 aged 39. In the sport of Australian rules football, each of the eighteen players in a team is assigned to a particular named position on the field of play.
