Mauricio Carrasco
Mauricio Nicolás Carrasco (born 24 September 1987) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a forward. Football career Carrasco started his football career when he joined Estudiantes de la Plata youth academy. He was promoted to the senior squad in 2008. In 2009, he joined Quilmes on a one-year loan. He then rejoined his club but he didn't play any match. He went again on loan, this time to Aldovisi where he played thirty one times and scored seven goals. The following season would find him again away from Estudiantes as he went on loan to Patronato. He made twenty nine appearances and his scored eleven times, which is his own personal record of goals in a season. In 2013 Carrasco, move on loan to the Superleague Greece club Asteras Tripolis F.C. He played in thirty four matches and scored eleven goals, tying his own record of goals in a season. In his contract there was also a €360.000 fee if Asteras wanted to buy the player. Neuquén
Neuquén (; arn, Nehuenken) is the capital city of the Argentine province of Neuquén and of the Confluencia Department, located in the east of the province. 2009 FIFA Club World Cup
The 2009 FIFA Club World Cup (officially known as the FIFA Club World Cup UAE 2009 presented by Toyota for sponsorship reasons) was a football tournament played from 9 to 19 December 2009. It was the sixth FIFA Club World Cup and was played in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Australia, Japan and Portugal also placed bids to host the tournament, but Portugal later withdrew from the process. Defending champions Manchester United did not qualify as they lost the 2009 UEFA Champions League Final to Barcelona, who went on to win the Club World Cup for the first time. After coming from behind to beat Mexican side Atlante in the semi-finals, they did the same against the South American entrants, Estudiantes, in the final, winning 2–1 after extra time. The FIFA Club World Cup is an international men's association football competition organised by the ''Fédération Internationale de Football Association'' ( FIFA), the sport's global governing body. The 2010 Recopa Sudamericana de Clubes was a two-legged tie that determined the winner of the Recopa Sudamericana, an annual football match between the winners of the previous season's Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana competitions. It was contested between Argentine club Estudiantes de La Plata and LDU Quito from Ecuador. The 2009 Copa Libertadores de América (officially the 2009 Copa Santander Libertadores de América for sponsorship reasons) was the 50th edition of the Copa Libertadores de América, CONMEBOL's premier annual international club tournament. The tournament was won by Argentine club Estudiantes de La Plata, who achieved their fourth Copa Libertadores title and first in 39 years. It is the highest level of competition in South American club football.
