Mauricio Baldivieso
Mauricio Baldivieso (born 22 July 1996) is a Bolivian former professional association football, footballer who last played as a midfielder for Club San José in the Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano. At the age of 12, Baldivieso was the youngest player ever to play professional football when his father, Julio Baldivieso, who managed Club Aurora at the time, sent him on as a late substitute against La Paz F.C., La Paz on 19 July 2009, until his record was broken by 11-year-old Eric Godpower Marshall in April 2021. Club career Aurora In July 2009 Baldivieso played his first match in professional football for Club Aurora, Aurora just a few days short of his 13th birthday when he came on as a late substitute in a Clausura fixture against La Paz F.C., La Paz. Julio César Baldivieso Rico (born 2 December 1971) is a Bolivian association football, football coach and former player who played as an attacking midfielder. Baldivieso was a midfielder who played for the Bolivia national team at the Football World Cup 1994, 1994 World Cup and several Copa Américas. Football career Club Nicknamed "El Emperador", Baldivieso began his career in his native Cochabamba playing for Club Jorge Wilstermann, Wilstermann in 1987. His exquisite technique didn't go unnoticed and he signed with Bolivia's biggest football club, Club Bolívar, Bolívar in 1992. Thanks in part to the successful run with the national team, which qualified to the 1994 World Cup, he awoke the interest of several clubs outside Bolivia. The 2015 South American Youth Football Championship ( es, Campeonato Sudamericano Sub-20 "Juventud de América" Uruguay 2015, pt, Campeonato Sulamericano Sub-20 "Juventude da América" Uruguai 2015, region=BR) was the 27th edition of the biennial international youth football tournament organized by CONMEBOL for the men's under-20 national teams of South America.
