Maurice Hurst Jr.
Maurice Roy Hurst Jr. (born May 9, 1995) is an American football defensive tackle for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Michigan, and was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. Early years Hurst grew up in Canton, Massachusetts, where he was raised by his mother Nicole Page. He is the son of former New England Patriot Maurice Hurst He graduated from Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, Massachusetts, where he was a three-year starter for the varsity football team, playing on the varsity team as a freshman. A defensive tackle (DT) is a position in American football that will typically line up on the line of scrimmage, opposite one of the offensive guards, however he may also line up opposite one of the tackles. Defensive tackles are typically the largest and strongest of the defensive players. Depending on a team's individual defensive scheme, a defensive tackle may be called upon to fill several different roles. These roles may include merely holding the point of attack by refusing to be moved, or penetrating a certain gap between offensive linemen to break up a play in the opponent's backfield. If a defensive tackle reads a pass play, his primary responsibility is to pursue the quarterback, or simply knock the pass down at the line if it is within arm's reach. Philip Rivers
Philip Michael Rivers (born December 8, 1981) is an American former football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 17 seasons, primarily with the Chargers franchise. He played college football at NC State and was selected fourth overall in the 2004 NFL Draft by the New York Giants, who traded him to the San Diego Chargers during the draft. Baker Reagan Mayfield (born April 14, 1995) is an American football quarterback for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). Following a stint with Texas Tech, Mayfield played college football at Oklahoma, where he won the Heisman Trophy as a senior. The 2018 NFL Draft was the 83rd annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible players for the 2018 NFL season.
