Maureen Peters (cricketer)
Maureen Helen Peters (born 4 January 1943) is a New Zealand former cricketer who played primarily as a right-arm medium bowler. She appeared in two Test matches and 16 One Day Internationals for New Zealand between 1973 and 1982. She played domestic cricket for Wellington Wellington ( mi, Te Whanganui-a-Tara or ) is the capital city of New Zealand. Lower Hutt
Lower Hutt ( mi, Te Awa Kairangi ki Tai) is a city in the Wellington Region of New Zealand. Administered by the Hutt City Council, it is one of the four cities that constitute the Wellington metropolitan area. It is New Zealand's sixth most populous city, with a population of . The total area administered by the council is around the lower half of the Hutt Valley and along the eastern shores of Wellington Harbour, of which is urban. New Zealand Women's National Cricket Team
The New Zealand women's national cricket team, nicknamed the White Ferns, represents New Zealand in international women's cricket. Fast bowling (also referred to as pace bowling) is one of two main approaches to bowling in the sport of cricket, the other being spin bowling. In cricket, a batter is not out if they come out to bat in an innings and have not been dismissed by the end of an innings. The batter is also ''not out'' while their innings is still in progress.
