Maulana Amanullah Haqqani
Sheikh Amanullah Haqqani (died 10 December 2018) was a Pakistani religious and political figure. He served as Provincial Minister of Religious Affairs and Provincial Amir of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He was also elected Member of the National Assembly from Lakki Marwat district in the 2002 elections. Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Pakistan (Fazl) also Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) or simply as Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Urdu: ; ; JUI-F) is a Deobandi Sunni political party in Pakistan. Established as the ''Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam'' in 1945, it is the result of a factional split in 1988, ''F'' standing for the name of its leader, Fazal-ur-Rehman. It is almost entirely based in southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and northern Balochistan, which are mostly inhabited by Pashtuns. The JUI-S faction, led by Samiul Haq, is of regional significance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa but has no representation on the national level. The split of JUI into two factions was due to dissent over the policy of Pakistani president Zia-ul-Haq of supporting Mujahideen outfits in the Afghanistan war during the 1980s. Lakki Marwat District
Lakki Marwat ( ps, لکی مروت ولسوالۍ, ur, ) is a district in Bannu Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan. It was created as an administrative district on July 1, 1992, prior to which it was a tehsil of Bannu District. Geography The district is located in the southern part of Khyber Paktunkhwa. It borders Karak, Bannu and South Waziristan districts to the north, Tank district to the west, Dera Ismail Khan district to the south, and Mianwali district of Punjab to the west. The district is a combination of hills and sandy plains. The hilly areas are along the boundaries of the district especially in the east, southeast, southwest and northwest. In the southeast, the Marwat range separates Lakki Marwat from Dera Ismail Khan District while in the east the Karak Niazi range separates it from Mianwali District. Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal
The Muttahida Majlis–e–Amal (MMA; Urdu: , "United Council of Action") is a political alliance consisting of conservative, Islamist, religious, and far-right parties of Pakistan. Naeem Siddiqui (the founder of Tehreek e Islami) proposed such an alliance of all the religious parties back in the 1990s. Qazi Hussain Ahmad endeavored for it and due to his efforts, it was formed in 2002 in a direct opposition to the policies led by President Pervez Musharraf to support for the War in Afghanistan. The alliance more densely consolidated its position during the nationwide general elections held in 2002. The JUI(F) led by its leader, the cleric Fazl-ur-Rahman, retained the most of the political momentum in the alliance, still some portion of the leadership comes from the JI. TransPeshawar or Peshawar BRT is a bus rapid transit system in Peshawar, capital of Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province. TransPeshawar BRT system consists of two parts: the first encompasses an east–west corridor served by 32 stations on a dedicated lane for exclusive use by buses, while the second part consists of a network of feeder routes in which buses can enter and exit the system to travel on city streets. A Member of Parliament or Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan (abbreviated: MNA or MP) is a legislative constituency's representative in the National Assembly of Pakistan (Urdu language, Urdu: ایوانِ زیریں پاکستان), the Pakistan Parliament's lower house.
