Matthew Risman
Matthew Risman is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character has been depicted as an enemy of mutants including the X-Men. Fictional character biography A trained sniper, Matthew Risman was in the middle of a hit when he suddenly received a call telling him to return to his home. Leaving his target, Risman rushed home, dragging his wife and daughter from their home seconds before a mountainside collapsed on it, completely obliterating it. As the trio looked at their damaged home, the man who had informed Risman of the coming disaster, William Stryker, appeared. Skottie Young
Skottie Young (born March 3, 1978) is an American comic book artist, children's book illustrator and writer. He is best known for his work with various Marvel Comics characters, his comic book adaptations of L. Frank Baum's Oz books with Eric Shanower, his ''I Hate Fairyland'' comic book series, and a series of novels with Neil Gaiman. Career Young moved from Tennessee to Chicago in 2000 at which time he began working for Marvel Comics. Early projects included illustrating the ''Spider-Man Legend of the Spider Clan'' mini-series as part of the Marvel Mangaverse as well as the Human Torch and the '' New X-Men'' for which he also wrote an issue. Young illustrated a six issue New Warriors mini-series released beginning in June 2005, written by Zeb Wells featuring the team as the stars of a reality TV show. The Marauders refers to one of two teams of fictional characters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The original Marauders team included mutant warriors and assassins employed by the X-Men's enemy Mister Sinister, a mad scientist villain often intent on creating a perfect race of superhumans. At different times, the Marauders have been tasked with Sinister to perform kidnappings, assassinations, mass murder, or to simply fight Sinister's enemies. At different times, Marauders have been killed in combat, but often Mr. Sinister later uses his cloning technology to re-create them. Katherine Burton is a British/Swiss actress, the daughter of Welsh actors Richard Burton and Sybil Christopher. Reavers (comics)
The Reavers are a fictional team of criminal cyborgs appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The most significant team of Reavers were dedicated to the destruction of the mutant X-Men, and a number of them especially wanted to take revenge on Wolverine in particular. The name Reavers was originally used by a gang of Australian cyborgs. The name later referred to a group under the leadership of Donald Pierce, consisting of the three survivors from the original Reavers along with other cyborgs. Lady Deathstrike (Yuriko Oyama), occasionally spelled "Deathstryke", is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is a foe of the X-Men, especially Wolverine (character), Wolverine. Her father Lord Dark Wind created the adamantium-bonding process that was forced on Wolverine by Weapon X.
