Cave In is an American rock band that formed in 1995 in Methuen, Massachusetts. The band's lineup solidified with the 1998 release of ''Until Your Heart Stops'' through Hydra Head Records, and their early albums were prominent in the metalcore scene. The band later experimented with other genres, receiving mainstream recognition for their 2003 RCA Records album ''Antenna'' and its lead single "Anchor," which had an overall alternative rock style. Equal Vision Records Artists
Equal Vision Records is an independent record label based in Albany, New York. It was founded in the early 1990s by Ray Cappo, singer for the punk bands Youth of Today, Shelter, and Better Than a Thousand. The label originally existed solely to distribute Shelter and other Krishna releases. In 1992, label manager Steve Reddy bought Equal Vision from Cappo. The focus was expanded and a wider variety of bands were brought on board. According to ''Punk News'', the mid-to-late '90s saw a redoubling of the Equal Vision's hardcore efforts with such signings as One King Down and Ten Yard Fight. By the end of the '90s Equal Vision Records (EVR) had a stable of hardcore and punk bands, having added Bane, Trial, Converge and Saves the Day to its roster in the latter part of the decade. Telescreen was an American rock band formed in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, in 2007. Following the breakup of Classic Case and Codeseven, members of the two bands created a new musical project. Taking their name from George Orwell's dystopian novel '' Nineteen Eighty-Four'', the band combines samples and effects with progressive space rock. Their live performances featured the quintet playing behind a giant screen, which alternately featured messages and art film imagery. The lighting and projection was timed so that at certain points the band is visible behind the screen, while at others they were obscured by the images. Adair (band)
Adair was an American rock band from St. Louis, Missouri. The members of the band had performed together in St. Louis for eight years performing under the moniker of Disturbing the Peace before formally changing their name to Adair in 2001. The final five-member band consisted of local St. Louisans; Rob Tweedie as frontman, both Josh Goldenhersh and Patrick Baum on guitar and vocals, Matt Tuttle on drums, and Jeff Meyer on bass guitar. After recording their premiere EP '' The Permanent Bruise'', the band moved to California. Dredg (stylized as dredg) is an American rock band formed in 1993 in Los Gatos, California. The band's lineup consists of vocalist Gavin Hayes, guitarist Mark Engles, bassist Drew Roulette and drummer and pianist Dino Campanella. Circa Survive is an American rock music, rock band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that formed in 2004. The band, led and founded by Anthony Green (musician), Anthony Green, consisted of former members from This Day Forward and Taken.
