Matt McCants
Matthew Jamaal McCants (born August 18, 1989) is a former American football offensive tackle. He played college football for the University of Alabama at Birmingham, starting 42 games at left tackle. High school career McCants attended Williamson High School and received honorable mention on the Mobile Press-Register All-Region team as a senior. He helped Williamson High School advance to the class 5A state playoffs. He started one season under head coach Bobby Parrish and only played football his senior year. He played tuba in the high school band before joining the football team prior to his senior year. Professional career New York Giants McCants was drafted by the New York Giants in the sixth round, 201st overall, in the 2012 NFL Draft. Trent Dilfer
Trent Farris Dilfer (born March 13, 1972) is a former American football quarterback and analyst who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 14 seasons. He is best known as the starting quarterback of the Baltimore Ravens during their Super Bowl-winning season in 2000. Dilfer was selected sixth overall in the 1994 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where he played six seasons. He signed with the Ravens in 2000 as a backup before becoming the team's starter midway through the year, which concluded with the franchise's first Super Bowl victory in Super Bowl XXXV over the New York Giants. Despite the championship, Dilfer was not re-signed by the Ravens, becoming the first starting quarterback to be released after a Super Bowl win. 2020 XFL Draft
The 2020 XFL Draft was the inaugural player selection process to fill the rosters of the eight teams of the 2020 reboot of the XFL. The draft was held on October 15–16, 2019, via conference call, with results released through the XFL's social media channels. Structure The XFL player allocation process was held in multiple phases, separated by position groups. The league used a "snake" format in each phase, in which the draft order reversed with each round. The draft order was shuffled for each phase as predetermined through lotteries.
