After graduating from Saitama University, he played for his local club Urawa Club ( ja). International career On December 28, 1958, he debuted for Japan national team against Malaya. Hiroshi Matsumoto (engineer)
(born November 17, 1942) is a Japanese engineer and atmospheric scientist. He was the president of Kyoto University until August 2014, and then served as the president of RIKEN until March 2022. He is a member of the Japanese government's committee on space policy. He has a Doctorate in Engineering (1973, Kyoto University). He was born in Zhangjiakou, China. His research has centered on plasma in the geomagnetosphere and cosmosphere. He developed the KEMPO (Kyoto university ElectroMagnetic Particle) code to reproduce the dynamics of the physical processes of space plasma. Hiroko Matsumoto
was a Japanese model, first Japanese model who worked in Paris, from 1960, to the late 1960s, considered to be a first Japanese supermodel. Biography Pierre Cardin met and fell in love with Matsumoto in 1960 during a trip to Japan. She would eventually follow him to Paris where she was Cardin's top model. Known as Miss Hiroko, she was the first ever Japanese model for a French clothing collection. Matsumoto ended her modeling career in 1967 and married Henry Berghauer, a manager at groupe Pierre Cardin. Berghauer went on to become a manager at Hanae Mori, and later of fashion company Hervé Léger. In 1970, Matsumoto played the prominent part of Kyoko, the Japanese lover, in French director François Truffaut's movie '' Bed and Board''. Hiroka Matsumoto
is a Japanese violinist. Brief history Hiroka was born at Suginami-ku, Tokyo in 1995. She lived at Aoba-ku, Yokohama City from age of three. She began to learn the violin from the age of four, and made her debut at Philia Hall three months later. She was observed as "extremely gifted and blessed a huge potential capacity" and it was said that she "will undoubtedly grow into a unique musical personality" by Zakhar Bron at seven years old. At the age of nine, she gave her first recital in Budapest, Hungary. At the age of thirteen in 2008, she played and conducted the Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra for '' The Four Seasons'' of Vivaldi. At The National Art Center, Tokyo in 2009, she played a smaller violin, which had been used by Mozart in childhood. Hideto Matsumoto
, known professionally as hide, was a Japanese musician, singer-songwriter and record producer. He achieved international fame as the lead guitarist of the rock band X Japan from 1987 to 1997 and a solo artist from 1993 onward. He also formed the United States-based rock supergroup Zilch in 1996. Hide sold millions of records, both solo and as a member of X Japan. X Japan rose to prominence in the late 1980s and early 1990s, credited as founders of the Japanese visual kei movement. When they disbanded in 1997, he focused on his solo career which started four years prior and went on to enjoy significant popularity. At the height of his fame, while recording his third studio album and about to launch an international career with the newly formed Zilch, he died in 1998 of what was ruled a suicide by hanging. Hidehiko "Sleepy" Matsumoto (松本英彦) (October 12, 1926, Okayama – February 29, 2000, Tokyo) was a Japanese jazz saxophonist and bandleader. Matsumoto played bebop in Japan in the late 1940s with the group CB Nine, then joined The Six Josés and The Big Four, a group which included George Kawaguchi, Hachidai Nakamura, and Mitsuru Ono. In 1959 he became a member of Hideo Shiraki's small ensemble, and played with Gerald Wilson at the 1963 Monterey Jazz Festival and Toshiko Akiyoshi in 1964. Starting in 1964 he led his own ensembles, which have included as sidemen Takeshi Inomata, Akira Miyazawa, George Otsuka, and Isao Suzuki.
