Mateusz Kieliszkowski
Mateusz Kieliszkowski (born 12 August 1993) is a Polish strongman competitor. He is particularly known for his impressive pressing ability within strongman, as well as his prowess in the Atlas Stones and various moving events. Strongman career Mateusz Kieliszkowski had an interest in strength sports in high school. He then became interested in strongman specifically at the age of 17 after taking part in a strongman competition organised by his friend. Mateusz achieved his first big success by winning the 2014 Arnold amateur competition which allowed him to compete in the professional 2015 Arnold Classic which he would place 3rd. Lifting Stone
Lifting stones are heavy natural stones which people are challenged to lift, proving their strength. They are common throughout northern Europe, particularly Scotland, Wales, Iceland (where they are referred to as ''steintökin''), Scandinavia and North West England centred around Cumbria. Recently, lifting stones have been incorporated into the World's Strongest Man competitions, using various cast, found, or established challenge stones such as the Húsafell Stone. They also do a stylized version of an event derived from an ancient contest, in which men would see who could load the heaviest stone onto a stone wall, derived from building such a wall, where they are known as Atlas stones. Deadlift
The deadlift is a weight training exercise in which a loaded barbell or bar is lifted off the ground to the level of the hips, torso perpendicular to the floor, before being placed back on the ground. The Rogue Invitational is an annual sporting event that includes a CrossFit competition and a strongman competition. The event, organized by Rogue, started in 2019 as a CrossFit sanctioned competition, but has since become a major competition for CrossFit athletes. 2019 World's Ultimate Strongman
The 2019 World's Ultimate Strongman took place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates between October 24th and 25th.
