Matan Roditi
Matan Roditi ( he, מתן רודיטי; born 6 October 1998) is an Israeli Olympic marathon swimmer. His 4th place at the 2020 Summer Olympics is the closest Israel has come to an Olympic medal in swimming. He has set Israeli national records in the 800 metre freestyle and the 1500 metre freestyle, and the 10 kilometre marathon. He will represent Israel at the 2024 Summer Olympics in swimming in the Men's marathon 10 kilometre on August 9, 2024, in Paris. Early life Roditi is from Herzliya, Israel. His father Shmuel (Shmulik) Roditi was a soccer player who competed as a defender for the Ramat Gan team Hakoah Maccabi Amidar Ramat Gan which won two state cups and the championship title in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Hector Pardoe (born 29 March 2001) is a British Swimming (sport), swimmer. Specialising in distance and open water events, he is the 2024 World Aquatics Championships, 2024 bronze medalist in the World Aquatics Championships 10 km open water race, the first British male swimmer to win a world open water swimming medal since Welsh compatriot David Davies (swimmer), David Davies. Pardoe is also the current World record holder for England's largest lake, Windermere, Lake Windermere, in which he beat the previous standard, held for 26 years, by 8 minutes. The 400 metres, or 400-meter dash, is a sprint event in track and field competitions. Ferry Weertman
Ferry Weertman (born 27 June 1992) is a former Dutch competitive swimmer who specialises in long-distance freestyle and open water events. He is the Olympic gold medalist in the 10 km open water marathon at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Career In 2014, he became the European champion in the 10 km open water event. At the 2015 World Championships he won a silver medal in the same event. Weertman was voted 2015 European Open water swimmer of the year by European swimming federation LEN. Nicholas Sloman (born 30 October 1997) is an Australian open water swimmer. He is a six-time medalist at FINA Marathon Swim World Series, winning a gold medal and a silver medal at the 2019 edition and three silver medals and one bronze medal at the 2022 edition. Brighton, South Australia
Brighton is a coastal suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, situated between Seacliff and Glenelg and aside Holdfast Bay. Jeffrey’s Bay
Jeffreys Bay ( af, Jeffreysbaai, nicknamed J-bay) is a town of 27,107 inhabitants as of the 2011 census in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. It Is the seat of the Kouga municipality and is famous amongst surfers as a surf capital due to the right-hand point break at Supertubes Beach. The town is situated just off the N2 Highway, about 75 kilometres southwest of Port Elizabeth.
